CD Solutions can offer a range of support packages to suit your needs. With each of our packages you will expect to receive unlimited telephone support, unlimited remote support over a secure link and a polite, reliable fast response to any problems reported.

If in the event of a problem not being resolved remotely, our skilled engineers will visit your site and resolve in person, keeping you up to date with the progress. We also offer Service Days with all our contracts, these are prearranged slots on a weekly or monthly basis that our engineers can attend your site and resolve problems.
